Leadership Development
The leadership program
with PeopleWise will allow you to develop the vision,
language and commitment to realize your own authority. PeopleWise
will champion you to embody the passion to take charge and
design impact. They will awaken you to see through a systems-oriented
lens rather than a self-centered lens. You will learn how
to strategize to meet your goals and focus for effective
work.
Leaders seek self-knowledge. Leaders
acknowledge life stories as a series of events embedded with
teachings from which the nature of internal authority emerges
and ripens. |

Leaders promote collaboration. Leaders
are “on”. In
their company people grow, there is room for laughter and imagination.
They know how to join in genuine dialogue that opens the group to
creativity
and innovation. Knowing what it means to be in the
present moment, they release control of outcomes so that something
surprisingly fresh will emerge.
Leaders have passion. Leaders know their core values and use them
to drive their passion and fire their creativity.
Leaders are contextual. Leaders understand what role they need to
take up in a particular context to reach their goal, and they mentor
others to stay in role as well. They understand the developmental
phases of a group and manage their role appropriately.
Leaders use language artfully. Leaders understand how to use language
to join with others in forward motion and expansive thinking. Their
questions drive deep inquiry and open dialogue.
